Customer service is outstanding... they called me twice after ordering to clarify information and let me know the TV deck was only available in expandable size. They offered and honored the price of the smaller one I had originally ordered. What a pleasant surprise. The delivery was perfect. The company called to set up a time, driver called when he was 45 minutes from arriving, driver was kind, polite and professional. The 5 items were well packed, no damages and in perfect condition. Then the BIG surprise, an additional storage unit (that I chose not to order) had been added to our order. I called customer service immediately and the very polite and professional associate checked my order, put me on hold for 20 seconds and told me to enjoy the (shipped in error) additional storage units as a complimentary gift... What a rare and beautiful thing to experience service as it should be! Body: After searching for months for an entertainment center, I finally found what I was looking for at Plazagallery.com. I had seen similar in stores and was hoping that the color, appearence, and quality was what I wanted. I have never made such a large purchase online before and was nervous and hesitant. The price was much much lower than what I had seenin stores, so I wasnt sure what I was getting. It is exactly what I was looking for. The color, quality is exactly what I had seen at the better furniture store here on Long Island. My only suggestion is to make sure you get the info on the free shipping option. If you want it delivered to your home in the proper room and set up, there is a fee. It is not exhorberant, but was a little surprise to me. However, the fee was well worth it to have it delivered and set up, this way you can examine it when the delivery people are there. Delivery dates were a little off, but I have to say that customer service took care of the problem asap, and when delivery came it was satisfactory. I would definately utilize plazagallery again in the future, and have been recommending it to my friends and relatives.

I was concerned that the gold paint might be too gold, but it is actually quite muted and looks more like bronze. I was sent an immediate e-mail confirming my order and the curio cabinet arrived in perfect condition approximately one week earlier than the estimated delivery date. The curio cabinet is simply breathtaking in design and I am thrilled with my purchase. In fact, the curio cabinet is far more beautiful than the photograph of it that appeared in the online description. The curio cabinet would be priced much higher - at least double the cost - in New York City where I live. The cabinet is almost totally glass in construction and arrived in a shipping crate that was well over four times its size. The crate was filled with thousands of very small styrofoam peanuts which were quite difficult to clean-up after the delivery. Other than the difficult clean-up after delivery, I rate this merchant and the purchase as excellent.
