Elements such as turned legs and bracket feet, acanthus leaf details, turned posts, decorative veneers, and ornate antiqued brass-finished hardware unify this double pedestal dining set. Hand constructed of solid mahogany hardwood and accentuated with okoume crotch hardwood veneers, which are then hand finished with a clear mahogany finish. In addition, like great furniture of the past, the clear mahogany finish is highlighted with a light shading that furthur enhances the timeless beauty of the exotic veneer faces. Finally, light physical distressing gives the effect of antique, fine worn furniture.
