The hand carved details are intricate and faithful to the 19th century design which this desk is inspired and styled by with scrolled carvings along the columns, acanthus leaf carving on cabrole legs and the classic turned rope border along the border. Hardwood mahogany in an antique brown finish. Antiqued brass hardware.
